All orders within Australia are shipped via registered Australia Post at a flat rate of $12. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. In the event of a public holiday or long weekend, shipping times may vary.

SALT does not offer any exchanges or refunds on items purchased due to health regulations. If a product purchased is defective or you feel is not as described, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items and we'll do our best to help you.
As stated in the description, please note that our Hartwood House bags may be a different variation to the one pictured. Each bag is individually handmade and unique and no two bags are the same. Our rattan is 100% raw and may vary slightly in colour and size. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY as we do not accept returns on the bags unless faulty.
